1. If we send you the wrong frame or wrong product.. we can send you a new one. Or we’ll refund complete charges including delivery charges.
2. If we put the wrong type of glasses instead you ordered for us or if we put the wrong number of your glasses.. we can send you a new one or we’ll refund your amount.
3. Change of mind is not acceptable.
